Nejak se do tech kliku ted nemuzu dostat, nic moc silove, ale to neva, tak bez zavazi... Zapracuju na hmote ramen, ty mi nikdy nerostly z hroceni intenzity...

Odted nebudu dyl delat dipy s jen s BW ani na rozehrati, nybrz vzdy s 5kg + 1 kg opasek a u vyssi pridany vahy budu snizovat opacka tak na 6. Jinak sem si to zavazi uvazal, na kliky vepredu hned pod opaskem(driv na dlouho a mezi nohama zezadu. U shybu sem zavazi prehodil dozadu. Je to takhle asi nejlepsi.
